Carly: This time of the year, it revolves around consumption. You have Thanksgiving on Thursday, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, and this is a time where people can be grounded, reflect that we also need to give back. It's great to receive gifts, it's great to celebrate this time of year but it's also really important that we make our community and the world a better place for everyone. Giving Tuesday is a Global Day of Giving, where community members are galvanized to make a difference where they live, where they work, where they play, where they raise their kids. While money is a great thing to give on Giving Tuesday you can give so many other things. You can give your time, you can give old clothes and donate kitchen items. It's not just about money, it's about taking the world and leaving it better than we found it. If you're interested in making a donation, you can visit nworks.networkforgood.com.
[Screen fades to black again and white text appears that reads "This Giving Tuesday, join us in changing our community. Donate at nwworks.networkforgood.com."]
