When riding motocross you have to get this body positioning down first. This is important and nobody showed me how to do it.
So when you are starting out riding motocross this is the typical position you will be in for about 70 percent of the time on the track.
The attack position is going to give you control when riding motocross and will give you the ability to move your body position forward or back.
If your lower back and legs are fatiguing you may need to start training for motocross so that you can start riding longer.
