North West Scene was the best site for web video of loco-hauled trains during the EWS livery transition era. Don Burgess went to endless trouble to find the best scenery, rare haulage and loud sounds. And of course the action in Oxenholme loop at the bottom of his garden.
I was lucky to be able to recover this footage from a 15-year old scratched DVD with www.DVDVob2Mpg.com.
This film belongs to Don and is not my footage. I consider this a tribute to him.
