Joseph Pulitzer: Voice of the People (2019/USA/85minutes)
As a young immigrant from Hungary, Joseph Pulitzer builds a newspaper empire, crusades against big business and corruption, and champions the rights of the poor and disenfranchised people. He leads a campaign to keep the Statue of Liberty in New York City and courageously takes on President Teddy Roosevelt. his lasting legacy is the creation of the Pulitzer Prize for Excellence in Journalism and the Arts.
