RECIPE
3 cups fine-coarse Flour
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
2 1/2 tbsp fresh Yeast
10 oz Luke-warm Milk
1 Egg
Salt
1 pkg Vanilla Pudding
2 cups Milk
2-3 tbsp Sugar
Instructions:
Activate fresh yeast in luke-warm milk with 2 tbsp of sugar. In a stand mixer, add flour, salt, sugar, an egg, oil, and activated yeast with milk, mix until it doesn't stick to the side of the mixer. Let it raise for an hour. Then cut chunk of the dough, stretch it, and cut into small cubes. Place cubes next to each other in a baking tin, oil all the sides of cubes and the tin. Preheat oven to 350°F, bake for 25-30 minutes.
For the vanilla sauce, add pudding powder into little bit of milk, the rest of the milk heat with some sugar, then add the pudding mixture, and stir until it becomes creamy.
