1 large onion diced
2 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic minced
8 cups water
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch spinach
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch dill
6-8 oz reshteh (150-200 grams)
1.5 cups Persian whey (KashK)
1/2 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup kidney beans or pinto beans
1 cup lentils
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp black pepper
1.5 tsp salt
Mint Oil (Naanah Dagh)

2 tbsp dried mint
Fried Onions (Piaz Dagh)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 onions thinly sliced
