In this video we will head north to Spalding for the 2024 Spalding Model Railway Exhibition. This 2 day event is held annually at the Springfields events and conference centre, conveniently located next door to the Springfield outlet shopping and leisure centre, on the first weekend of November.

This exhibition is the largest held in the region, and always draws in an impressive amount of high-quality layouts from around the country, with the organisers making a conscious effort to book layouts which have not appeared at the show before. The show is also well supported with many model railway traders and societies also in attendance, more on that subject later.

In total there 30 layouts present at the show covering the whole spectrum of different model railway gauges and which modelled various locations from around the world. Due to the number of layouts, each of them is featured for approximately 2 minutes during this 1 hour special, however, almost 4 hours of footage of the layouts can be found on the channel, should you wish to see more.
