Navigation Challenges require you to quickly get from the start point to the finish line, marked by a pillar of golden light. The time limits can be both very generous and very strict. A lot of these involving gliding and sprinting so having high stamina is very helpful. There's no rule against using mounts either if you need a little help

To be honest these were my least favorite challenges so I left most of them until the end game. As with all Myth challenges, you'll get Charon Coins upon completion
