The CIF’s USD 2.5 billion Accelerating Coal Transition (ACT) Investment program is the world’s first multilateral coal transition mechanism. It provides a holistic approach to create enabling environments through supporting governance measures, integrating just transition of people & communities, and handling stranded infrastructure. This event will go through some of the CIF priority areas and resources that can be utilized in this space, as well as provide high level discussions with practitioners and voices from the ground and participant countries.
