In this video I use 3 different Elite 99 Chameleon Color Change Gel Nail Polishes. I try Gel Top Coat, Regular OPI Top Coat, and NO Top Coat to see if the Top Coat has any effect on the color changing ability of the polish. I show you how to apply and cure the polish, and the end results of all the testing.
I bought all 3 polishes on ebay. The colors used are: 5727, 5735, 5736.
