### Strawberry Atole

#### Ingredients:
- ½ cup of sugar (100 grams)
- 2 cups of strawberries (disinfected and hulled)
- ½ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 pinch of baking soda
#### Preparation:
1. In a saucepan, add ½ cup of sugar and 2 cups of strawberries.
2. Cook until a thick jam-like consistency forms, stirring occasionally.
3. Once it reaches the desired consistency, remove from heat and let it cool slightly before processing.
4. Blend ½ cup of water and the cooked strawberries until you get a very well-pureed mixture and set aside.
5. Mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with ½ cup of room-temperature water very well and set aside. The mixture should be lump-free.
6. In another saucepan, heat 500 ml of milk with a pinch of baking soda.
7. Add the strawberry puree when the milk reaches its boiling point and mix everything well.
8. Wait for this preparation to reach its boiling point again before adding the reserved cornstarch mixture and stir again.
9. Finally, wait until the strawberry atole thickens.
10. Serve during breakfast, snack, or dinner.
