It's pretty straightforward but I know daunting.
Wash your rice until the water is nice and clear. Depending on the grain it can take 3-4 times. Drain. Place finger on top of rice, and add fresh water to your first knuckle on your index finger. Your finger should not touch the pot, just the rice. Put into rice cooker, and cook. Fluff rice after and enjoy.
