Hello Friends, Today I am presenting a healthy recipe.
Its always recommended to include healthy greens like methi (fenugreek), palak (spinach) in the diet.
Methi leaves or fenugreek leaves has slight bitter taste with lots of benefits in them.
But in this recipe, bitterness is almost none.
This is my grandmother recipe.check out.
In Vidarbha region it is called Methi Aalan.
