Reporting Via Email
• To cancel your BPI ATM card, you must email preferred@bpi.com.ph {the email is in the description}.
• In the email, you should provide your details for verification and authentication purposes. Details should match the information you provided when registering for the ATM card.
• Also, you should provide the details of the specific card you wish to report lost: Your Name, Card Number, Account Number, and CVC Number.
• The report should be sent with a request to Cancel the lost card.
• Deactivation of your lost card is typically done immediately or within a few hours of sending the email to BPI.
Via Online Banking
• On your browser, visit the BPI website at www.bpi.com.ph {the link is in the description} and log in to your account.
• From the navigation bar, select Other Services.
• Then, select Card Control from the options list.
• Next, click on Temporary Block if you do not want to block your ATM card permanently, or choose Permanent Lost Card Blocking
• A One-Time PIN will be sent to you. Enter it to Confirm you want to block your ATM card.
