Based on 16 years of personal experience with the legal system, the analysis of this business analyst reveals that the current housing crisis, the homeless epidemic, and the winter encampments of Sarnia Lambton in particular, and Canada in general, are the direct result of the failings of the Law Society members. The responsibility for these crises lies squarely on the lawyers and the judiciary, who have set the bar of access to justice based on retainers alone.

If you have the money, you can be the worst criminal and still strut around with impunity, thumbing your nose at the law. Without the money, you will be evicted from your home and likely end up in prison, further criminalized like 70% of the prisoners in Canadian prisons.

The Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) rarely upholds Section 83 of the Tenancy Act 2006 or halts an eviction. This is due to the lack of access to legal services and representation. Tenants, who often cannot afford basic necessities, certainly cannot afford expensive retainers like landlords. Without a retainer, tenants are left to fend for themselves, unaware of their rights. At my LTB hearing, there wasn't even duty counsel present. Duty counsel is not a right; it’s a voluntary service offered by lawyers, as stated by the Chair of the LTB. There's no duty counsel for the Superior Court of Justice either. Justice, therefore, boils down to one thing: MONEY.

With money, you can manipulate the system. This is what the law has become—a tool to mislead the judiciary into making grievous errors. Our legal advocacy has degraded into rabid partisanship.

The legal system in Canada is a total failure. There is no access to justice without money. The system will shake you down, making you fill out a Financial Affidavit to reveal every penny you have, then milk you with pointless motions, conferences, and mediations. Once your money is depleted, they will offer you a lose-lose settlement. If you refuse, you might seek legal aid, but the bar for qualification is so low that most people don’t qualify. Even if you do, you’ll get the worst lawyer—either incompetent or sinister—who will destroy your case while insisting you must "earn your dignity." Dignity, in Canada, is not a right.

The system is filled with failed, self-represented litigants who are outmaneuvered by opposing lawyers. This is evident time and time again at the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, and LTB.

Complaining to the Law Society about sociopathic lawyers driven solely by money is futile. The Law Society is helpless, unable to even issue a slap on the wrist. There are hundreds of thousands of complaints against lawyers with the Law Society, and they do nothing. I sent a transcript of a voice recording to the Law Society where lawyer James Oxley repeatedly told me I must "earn my dignity." They let him retire with dignity while my life and the lives of many innocent people are ruined.

This is why I am running for Prime Minister of Canada: to bring these coyotes in charge of the chicken coop to justice. We need a societal revolution. Super-max prisons await those members of the Law Society with complaints against them, while the Law Society of Ontario sits on its hands. This is the failed justice system in the name of King Charles III.

All in all, the present situation is untenable. It’s time for change. It’s time for accountability. It’s time for justice for all. Join me in this fight to restore dignity, justice, and fairness to our legal system and society.
