This is for those trying to stay fit, who skate and hate the gym. Skating can fill the void. Pick a day, hit the park, rep out simple tricks that you can land constantly, and shoot for an hour with minimal stops. If an hour is too long, work your way up from twenty minutes of constant skating. Don't forget to stretch!
