* Purpose of this video is to testing how often Liche King using his RR skill, then compared to Plague.
- Without any synergy skills, Liche King using his RR skill 7times while Plague runs enough 10 times, both skill has 8seconds duration, so Liche King doesn't cast his RR skill continuely right after previous RR's duration end.
- When invest into all Liche King's synergy skills, using the same testing method, Liche King casting his RR skill 6 times in duration of 10 continuely Plague durations.
* As you can see, Liche King doesn't debuff enemies for character continuely like character, so if you want debuff enemies' resistance more consistent, using Plague is better. And beside of that Liche King's RR skill is reduced by %, Susceptibility (Plague) reduced by flat. Aat max lvl+4, Liche King's RR skill reduced 82% all resistances, while Susceptibility reduced by 54 flat points to physical/elemental (fire/burn/cold/frostburn/lightning/electrical burn)/poison resistances (don't let % that listed in skill description fool you, it's flat, you can test by yourself :D ). In term of reduced enemies physical resistance, it's completely win for Susceptibility if you know that almost enemies in game just have 15%physical res at Legendary; if they get debuff by Liche King's RR skill, their physical res will go down to = 15% x (100 - 82) = 2.7%, while Susceptibility will debuff enemies' physical res to = 15% - 54 = -39%.

* Gears added 2 relics/charms using in video are gears with "of the tinkerer" suffix that only drop/sell in Atlantis DLC's map. "of the tinkerer" suffix allowed added 2 different relics/charms into item.
