🧡SOUP SEASON🧡
*Chicken Alfredo Soup*
Ingredients:
-9 Tablespoons Salted Butter
-3 Onions
-9 Cloves Minced Garlic
-3/4 Cup Flour
-12 Cups Chicken Broth
-3 Cups Heavy Cream
-1 1/2 tsp Salt
-12 oz Fettuccine
-6 Cups Cooked Broccoli
-6 Cups Cooked Chicken, chopped into bite-sized pieces
-1 bunch of Chopped Parsley
-1 1/2 Cups Grated Parm
-2 Juiced Lemons or 3 T Lemon Juice
Directions:
1. Pre-Cook your chicken and broccoli ahead of time.
2. Bring salted water to a boil for your pasta.
3. Dice your onion.
4. Juice your lemon.
5. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat then add onions and cook until translucent.
6. Add your garlic and cook for a minute before stirring in flour, let cook for 2 more minutes.
7. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, 3 cups water and salt and stir to combine. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, cook up the broken fettuccine in boiling water.
9. Add cooked chicken, cooked fettuccine and cooked broccoli to the broth. Stir and heat through for a couple minutes.
10. Remove from heat and stir in your parm and lemon juice.
11. Garnish with shredded parm and serve with breadsticks and salad.

*I chopped and baked 8 chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. You could easily substitute the chicken from 1 or 2 pre-cooked rotisserie chickens from your local grocery store instead.
*To cook your broccoli bring water to a boil and add broccoli for about 5 minutes until it’s a nice, bright green color and is slightly soft.
