Today, Bob will introduce you to three basic styles of supervision. The style that most people gravitate towards, without training, is highly influenced by the dimensions of difference that we discussed on Day 4, as well as their observations of others, most notably, their previous supervisors. You'll learn about an Instrumental, Transactional, and Transformational supervisory style, and what impact that tends to have on people, the work culture, and the organization.
