Many people asked me how to make sprouted moong at home and how I get these kind of long tails.
So here are the tips and tricks.
Method :
Take 1/2 cup Moong Beans in a bowl, wash them thoroughly.
Soak them in 1/4 cup Water for 4-5 hours.
Transfer soaked Moong in a food strainer.
Keep a deep base vessel below this strainer.
Wash once and remove the excess water.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
Leave it in a warm place for 12 hours or overnight.
(can also keep in microwave)
Protein Packed Sprouted Moong are ready to use.
