Let’s not pretend the Galapagos are cheap but let’s not also be fooled by the $15,000 Luxury Cruses that so many places seem to say are the only way to see this beautiful Archipelago. While it is more expensive than the mainland ,this destination is home to 25,000+ permanent residents and you can be darn sure they don’t live here for $45,000 a month.

So we set out to share what our Galapagos adventure cost us and we think that many people will be surprised and excited to see that they too can visit these islands!
