Here's a quick acrylic painting tutorial on how to paint storm clouds with light rays or "Heavens Shining Down". There are so many ways to paint clouds but I sometimes like to use a small crease make up brush (cross between a filbert and a mop brush). All just to try this new masking tape trick I saw the other day...and it works!!
