1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbs Cinnamon
A pinch of baking powder
→Almond Butter Syrup
1 tbs Butter
2 tbs Almond Butter
1 tsp Agave
→Kale Salad Nourish Bowl
1/4 tofu block
1 orange
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tbs minced ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup kale
1/3 cup sweet potato
1 egg
1/4 cup carrot shredded
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup spaghetti squash
a pinch of cilantro
sprinkle of green onion
→Salad Dressing
2 tbs white Vinegar
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
→ Chicken Penne Pasta
3 ounces Chicken Breast
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup penne pasta
a generic red pasta sauce
a bit of butter (I honestly have no idea why I put that)
