This discoverer was working on finding solution for cancer using radio waves technology and accidently found out that SEA water can be converted in to energy, or even flames when exposed to radio frequency, it does sound very unreal because if it does become some reality then possibly everybody would want to live next to an ocean. Might be a very effective way to reduce the Increase in Oceanic water level around the world...lol
