To learn how to rig a dead shrimp on a circle hook in this video by Luke Simonds of Salt Strong.
Note that it is important to use a small hook, rip the head off of the shrimp, and then make sure to have the hook go through the side of the dead shrimp.
Of course, with the circle hook, if a fish hits this shrimp rig, it should set the hook automatically.
