President Emmerson Mnangagwa has been sworn-in for a second term as Zimbabwean president. President Cyril Ramaphosa and several other heads of state and dignitaries were in attendance in Harare. Meanwhile, the main opposition party, the Citizens Coalition for Change has confirmed that it will not seek to overturn the election result in court. Its leader Nelson Chamisa had called for fresh elections after rejecting the results. The country’s electoral commission announced that Mnangagwa won last month's poll with close to 53% of the vote.
