Can you replay a real flight on your piston, MLA or even light jet aircraft? Yes, you can! This video shows X-Plane and FS2020 replays of actual demo flights, side by side.
The GASafety FDR replay tool, at [ Ссылка ], can generate X-Plane (10 & 11) and Flight Simulator FS2020 replays from your real general aviation flights! Many electronic flight instrument systems, like the Dynon Skyview, Garmin 460 and Garmin 1000, save flight data to their SD cards. The FDR tool can read these files, and convert them into FDR replay files for X-Plane or MS FS2020. Any in simulator aircraft model can be used; it doesn't need to match the actual aircraft.
In addition the tool can be used to graphically plot the data, to really learn from debriefs and investigations. It has already been used for replaying and aided investigation into several landing incidents, low speed events and airspace incursions in the Netherlands.
