This video shows how to reset a Cisco wireless access point to factory defaults. IOS based APs such as the 2802, 9120, 9166 can be reset by running the command 'capwap ap erase all' from the CLI.
APs can also be reset by connecting power to the AP and immediately pressing and holding the mode button for 20 seconds.
