Ingredients:
2 slices of sourdough bread
1 tablespoon butter, soften
1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozarella, cheddar, havarti..etc)


Instructions:
1- Spread 1 tablespoon butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2- Place bread butter-side-down onto skillet bottom and add shredded cheese. Place butter side up on top of sandwich.
3-Grill medium low heat for 4-5 minutes or until browned and flip over. Continue grilling until cheese is melted.
