In this step-by-step tutorial, I will show you how to make UML Activity Diagrams using Visual Paradigm Online. UML Activity Diagram is a behavioral type of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram, showing the flow of processes within the system and the transition from one task to another. UML Activity Diagrams help design user behavior in systems and business processes.

We will create an Activity Diagram for an online shopping case and expand it to the whole order lifecycle process. The activity Diagram has the following key elements: actions, action edges, control nodes, and objects. We'll explain each of them first and then build our diagram example.
