🍜Serves 2-4
🥗Ingredients
260g Carrots
🍯Glaze
1TB Olive Oil
1TB Raw Honey
1TB Basil, fresh and finely chopped
(optional) ¼ts salt, pinch of pepper
*Carrots are steamed for about 15 minutes and may take longer to cook if cut into larger pieces.
*Pink salt is used in all posted recipes. If using standard table salt, reduce the quantity then adjust to taste.
*Dried basil shouldn't be used as a substitute for fresh basil here. If you don't have fresh basil on hand, you can alternatively use flavors such as coconut or lime to (still) create a rich flavorful dish.
