Chicken Gizzard and Liver with Black Sesame seeds.
This dish is my kids favourite. Chicken liver and gizzard is cook in many ways. But this recipe unique and is simply tasty. With the addition of black sesame, the dish goes up to another level. The aroma from the toast and crushed sesame is just incredible and the nutty flavour in the dish is finger licking tasty.
RECIPE
1/2 kg chicken gizzard and liver
60 gm black sesame seeds
1/3 tspn tumeric
1or 2 onion
1or 2 tomato
Small pc of ginger
3 garlic gloves
4 green chillies/ add more if you like spicy
1/2 Tbsp salt/as per taste
