Besieged Samburu Governor Moses Lenolkulal Kasaine recorded a statement with the Ethics and Anti -Corruption Commission as investigations into the theft of two billion shillings of county funds continued. The governor denied any wrongdoing and pledged to co-operate fully with the investigators. He was accused alongside other senior officers and contractors from Samburu county of embezzling public funds.
