Ingredients & Steps:
Tomatoes 3
Dates 5-6
Aamshotto - 10-12 small pieces
Cashewes 10-12
Raisins 10-12
Oil 2 tbsp.
Panch foron 1 tsp.
Dry red chilli 1
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp.
Sugar 1 cup (as per your taste).
Tomatoes 3 cut into small pieces.
Transfer it to a mixer grinder jar
Blend it.
Heat a pan
Add oil 2 tbsp.
Add panch foron & dry red chilli.
Fry for 10 -15 secs on medium flame
Add tomatoes.
Mix it
Add salt & turmeric powder.
Cover & cook for 5 mns. on low flame.
Add sugar
Mix it well
Cover & cook for 5 mns on low flame.
Add raisins.
Add dates.
Add aamshotto.
Add Cashewes.
Mix it well.
Cover & cook for 2-3 mnts on low flame.
Serve it.
