BEST CURRY LAKSA - SYDNEY'S SPICE ALLEY - ASIAN FOOD CENTER

In this episode, we visit Spice Alley in Sydney, an asian food heaven. Spice Alley features an array of Asian hawker stalls selling food from various Asian cuisine such as

Japanese, Malaysian, Thai, Korean, Indonesian and a lot more!

We tried a few dishes from different stalls, but what attracted me what the award winning Seafood Curry Laksa from Alex Lee Kitchen, a Singapore street food stall. The

results was one of the best Curry Laksa I've ever had! Truly deserving of 9.5 on The Hunger Fixer rating.

Spice Alley gets crowded during peak lunch and dinner times so I recommend you get in as early as possible.
