After a very slow night squid fishing I decided to do a little cook up with what I’d caught. This video show’s a bit of squid jigging from the harbour in St. Peter Port Guernsey then I do a 10 minute cook.

Sweet & sour squid was the chosen recipe. A very quick and very easy thing to do if you happen to catch a few squid. You only need a few ingredients which are shown in the video and I’ll show you a very simple sauce which you can make yourself.
