• Beef meat, 3 pieces
• 4 Onions
• Tomatoes, 500gr
• Soaked Chickpeas, 250gr
• 3 Peppers, fried
Spices :
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 1Tbsp Paprika
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cooking Process :
1. We’re going to need onions, cut into quarters and set aside, fresh tomatoes, blended with an electric appliance and chickpeas soaked overnight.
2. In a Moroccan clay pan, drizzle some olive oil, add the meat, blended tomatoes, onions, chickpeas, paprika and salt.
3. The secret is to put all the ingredients together before turning on the stove, then let it cook on medium heat to bring out the special flavors of the onions and tomatoes combined with the meat.
4. Stir everything well and let it cook for about 40 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
5. The final tip is to fry some peppers and add them to the stew during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
6. Serve the plate and enjoy!
