In this video, I test out Gran Turismo 7 on my PS5 PRO in the fidelity ray tracing mode, which targets FPS and adds in-game ray tracing with the recently released 1.54 update. I also test the 60FPS performance mode, which turns off ray tracing but adds higher FPS while lowering the output resolution. I complete some day and night courses and also test out the ray tracing mode and 60FPS mode with all the in-game UI turned off closer to the end of the video presentation.
Overall, everything looked and ran very well, and I definitely was able to notice the increased detail in the reflections while maintaining a good visual fidelilty at the same time. It also does appear that the performance modes possibly runs targets a higher resolution than prior on the original PS5 console.
