Photos and video taken Oct 18, 2009 flying around clouds in the Fraser Valley above Chilliwack and Sumas prairie. This was my first lesson on flying with instruments... most of the flight I was staring at the dash trying to keep it straight & level by instruments alone. My instructor had me fly beside some clouds to cut off my peripheral vision of the horizon. I just wanted to fly around and look at the clouds!
