I love this show and I really miss Ziva with the team. Although I liked Kate she always gave Tony a hard time which I thought was funny and Bishop is very smart and a little too soft for this team. Ziva was a weapon from day one and she just fit with the team better than any female charecter. You may disagree which is fine it's just my opinion so take it as that. I hope you enjoy. Thanks. :-)
