Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken drumsticks 7-8 (750g)
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Meat tenderizer ½ tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) 3-4 tbs
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs
-Tatri (Citric acid) ¼ tsp
-Javitri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) ½ tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke

Directions:
-Make deep cuts on chicken drumsticks with the help of knife.
-In a bowl,add chicken drumsticks,pink salt,meat tenderizer,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-In a bowl,add yogurt,coriander powder,cardamom powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder, cumin powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,citric acid,mace powder,nutmeg powder,black pepper powder, gram flour,orange food color,cream & mix well.
-In marinated chicken drumsticks,add prepared marinade & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken drumsticks & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & flip,cover & cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes (turn sides in between).
-Apply remaining marinade,flip & cook on medium flame until drumsticks are tender (10-12 minutes).
-Give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
-Drizzle cream & serve!

-Chicken drumsticks mein knife ki madad sa deep cuts laga lein.
-Bowl mein chicken drumsticks,pink salt,meat tenderizer aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya marinate ker lein.
-Bowl mein dahi,dhania powder,elaichi powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,zeera powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,tatri,javitri powder,jaifil powder,kali mirch powder,baisan,zarda ka rang aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Marinated chicken drumsticks mein tayyar marinade dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken drumsticks dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip ker ka dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein (turn sides in between).
-Remaining marinade laga lein aur flip ker ka darmiyani ancch per drumsticks gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes).
-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
-Cream drizzle ker ka serve karein!
