The ultimate in CEM flexibility, in this video we use our Mycronic trilogy line to assemble PCBA's using x 24 pick and place heads across three surface mount machines simultaneously.

This line has the capacity to mount over 300 component types in one pass, supporting both fast prototypes and medium volume production builds.

To obtain the ultimate in process control we only work with solder jet printing technology, from market leaders Mycronic. This line is enabled with our MY700 solder jet printer, with on board laser alignment and inspection.

This SMT line supports complex PCBAs by using nitrogen N2 reflow. Our ERSA Hotflow reflow oven has nitrogen (N2) to achieve high reliability joint integrity.

We build high complexity PCBA's for surface mount based electronics.
