How to make the best fudgy brownies! These Copycat Cosmic brownies are so thick and rich. They're topped with a rich chocolate ganache and they taste absolutely amazing. Plus they're really easy to make.
Let me know if you've tried a Cosmic Brownie and what you think of them. I wasn't a huge fan, but perhaps my British taste buds just weren't accustomed to it yet. I know some of you are huge fans of them, and I love that about food, we all enjoy different flavours.

Ingredients:
For the brownie:
170g unsalted butter, melted & cooled slightly
150g caster sugar (granulated sugar is also fine)
100g light brown sugar
2 large eggs
125g dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly
100g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
Topping:
150g dark chocolate
100ml double/heavy cream
Sprinkles or chocolate candies
