Taliban Minister of Refugees, Khalil Ur Rahman Haqqani, was killed in a suicide attack in Kabul. The attack also claimed the lives of at least three other Taliban members. Haqqani was reportedly leaving a mosque when the suspected bomber detonated the explosive. He was a senior leader of the Haqqani Network and the uncle of Taliban Interior Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani.
