This time I would like to share with you how to make custard cream buns without oven which is very easy and delicious, the ingredients are very simple that everybody can make.
Vanilla Cream:
-milk 300g
-butter 30g
-yolks 4
-sugar 50g
-corn flour 25g
-vanilla flavor 1 tsp

Dough Ingredients:
-all purpose flour 300g
-sugar 30g
-yeast 4g
-egg 1
- warm milk 130g
-butter 30g
