Still 80 years after the end of the Second World War there are graves being found containing the victims of the German Army or the SS. In 2015 in Poland a mass grave was found containing the remains of 2500 soldiers and prisoners of war. But many of these bodies belonged to the former allies of the Germans who turned against them as the war shifted against the Germans.
