Hypnosis _ Sleep to Nature Sounds is all about deep and relaxing sleep using the beautiful and calming sounds of nature including rain, the ocean, wind, thunder etc.
Studies have shown that the sounds of nature are particularly effective in helping the mind move into a deep and relaxing state of sleep. The brain interprets these nature sounds as non-threatening and this then helps your conscious mind to switch off. In the first part of this session I provide you with some sensory and imaginary suggestions and the final hour focuses on the sounds of nature.
So if you struggle to manage the clutter in your mind or feel overwhelmed with constant mind chatter you might find this session beneficial. As always use this session as often as you feel you need to.
What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis is a natural state similar to guided meditation where your mind is focused on something and in this instance it’s my voice and the topic I am talking about. Because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis you are 100% in control, therefore, if at any time you choose to end the session all you have to do is open your eyes.
Getting Ready: Find a comfortable place where your back is supported and you will not be disturbed. It is recommended that you use stereo earphones to maximise the listening experience.
