We found the caterpillar of one of the UK’s rarest butterflies!

Helman Tor is a special place, not only because it’s our largest nature reserve at over 600 acres, but because it provides such a rich and varied habitat for wildlife. Our resident vlogger Emily Hardisty went along with our mid-Cornwall Reserves Manager Andy Collins on a nature trail and found everything from slow worms to speckled woods and even ‘string-of-sausages’.
