Basically baby kef blades. The original iconic Kef Egg which hatched the entire new design philosophy that brought kef back into mainstream audiophile relevance. The smallest most potent 2 way single point audio currently in existence featuring KEF's patented Uni Q driver array where the tweeter is placed exactly in the acoustic center of the mid range woofer. Just like dropping a stone and a pebble in the same spot in a pond the sound waves merge on their way out of the mid and tweeter array in perfect time alignment rather than other speakers where the tweeter is offset causing the waves to interfere producing what's called "comb filtering" and "time smear".
Unlike typical small orb speakers that use a single "full range" driver (there's no such thing) these are true two way and are only this small because of the unique driver array tech allows them to be. The egg shape is not only structurally inert making them extremely durable but acoustically inert preventing standing waves from resonating and causing uneven frequency response which is why they sound so smooth, clear and punchy whip being seemingly impossibly compact.
This is a phone mic recording and there's a bit of auto gain weirdness toward the second half of the video. That's only the recording.
