A Brazilian technique of propagating stingless bees that is widely used in that country, is demonstrated by Bob the Beeman, in this video with Tetragonula carbonaria. The bees are propagated into the Aussie INPA box. It is a simple technique in a box with suitable access and allows transfer of colonies from one box type to another. The same technique works with Tetragonula hockingsi.
